Regan Ashton of Problem Daughter

Host Jason Schreurs talks to Regan Ashton, bassist in Problem Daughter and solo country punk artist, about living with bipolar and managing his symptoms. He also opens up about his addiction issues through the years, including a heroin addiction when he was in his 20s.

Also on this episode, Jason also talks to Kristin Belkofer, a therapist in Milwaukee who grew up in the punk scene. She explains her theory on why being part of the punk community is therapy.
